These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OmniRisk platform operated by OmniRisk Intelligence Ltd. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using OmniRisk you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using OmniRisk on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
OmniRisk provides on-chain risk intelligence, token scoring, alert monitoring, and analytics tools for cryptocurrency markets. The platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to use the platform to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring engine, scrape data at scale without written permission, or engage in market manipulation based on platform data.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Risk scores and market data are derived from third-party on-chain sources and may contain errors, delays, or gaps. OmniRisk makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or scores provided.
All platform code, scoring methodology, UI, and content are the exclusive property of OmniRisk Intelligence Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your personal or internal business purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniRisk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
