OmniRisk Intelligence Ltd ('OmniRisk', 'we', 'us') operates the omnirisk.io platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect information you provide when registering (email address, name), data generated through your use of the platform (watchlists, alert preferences, session activity), and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
We use your data to operate and improve the OmniRisk platform, send you alerts and notifications you have configured, personalise your dashboard, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, authentication, payment processing) and where required by law.
Authentication is handled by Auth0. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, Auth0 processes your credentials. OmniRisk stores only the minimal profile data needed to personalise your experience.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. OmniRisk does not store full card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Risk scores and market data are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at privacy@omnirisk.io to exercise these rights.
We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication and preference cookies to remember your dashboard settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data.
We will notify users of material changes to this policy by email and by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect.
